Machine Details & Placement Requirements:

The LE2020C Misting Tunnel has a 20”wide x 20”high work opening and the machine dimensions are 33”wide x 60”long x 59 1/2”high (excluding the off-load conveyor which is detachable). The total weight is approximately 300 pounds. The LE2828C Misting Tunnel has a 28”wide x 28” high work opening and the machine dimensions are 38”wide x 60 long x 67 ½” high (excluding the off-load conveyor, which is detachable). The total weight is approximately 400 pounds. When using the optional Pass-Through Door, the entire Misting Tunnel is located on the dirty side of the Pass-Through wall and the Off-Load Conveyor attaches to the Pass-Through on the clean side where the Pass-Through Door can be closed when not in use. A six foot allowance is recommended on either side of the Misting Tunnel to allow the machine to be maneuvered out if necessary for servicing.

New Feature:

The LE2020C and LE2828C Misting Tunnels have a dual clean-out tray that runs the entire width and length of the internal conveyor. The two-part, 16ga. 316 perforated Stainless Steel tray is linked and pulls out easily to enable you to effectively clean out debris that may collect under the conveyor. The trays can be dumped and rinsed and then slid easily back into place. The clean-out tray opening is located on the front of the load end with a gasketed, secured cover and pull handles.

Consturction:

The Misting Tunnels are fabricated using wrapped stainless steel construction. This gives it a seamless, smooth finish with fewer welds making it stronger and easier to clean. Due to issues that have developed over time with Type 304 Stainless Steel in the pan and upper housing, the upper housing, pan, piping, nuts, bolts, washers, etc. are now fabricated out of Type 316 Stainless Steel instead of Type 304. This significantly reduces the possibility of rusting in the areas that come into contact with the sanitizer.
